Refund policy

For returns, different products and carriers all vary in the way they handle returns. Find your desired items return carrier and check to see for their specific qualifications.

For Medeq Fitness 

Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 daysof receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • All hyperbaric chambers are considered custom orders:  Due to the nature of these devices, the lead times on manufacturing and delivery, they are only ordered on an order by order basis. As such they are considered to be custom orders and are not able to be returned or refunded for any reason.

  • After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label

  • Package the Item Safely:
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
    • Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included Include Documentation:

    •   Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.

Attach Shipping Label:

  • Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.

  • Affix the label to the outside of the package.

Shipping the Return

  • Shipping Method:
    • Use UPS, FeEx, LTL freight service.

  • Shipping the Return
  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. 

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Return Window:

    • Ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:

  •     All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Eligibility:

    • Due to the nature of the products, returns must be reviewed and approved by the company.

  • Refund:

    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notification:

  • Documentation:

    • Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution:

    • Hyperbaric chambers - We will arrange to repair the unit to working order.
    • Pilates reformers, Rowers, Cold plunges, Saunas, Massage chairs, will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of MedEq Fitness.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products:

    • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

    • All hyperbaric chambers are considered custom orders. These are not eligible for return or refund. If they have damage that occurs during shipping, we will arrange for onsite repair to working condition.

 

For HEALiX 

Return Eligibility and Satisfaction Guarantee

Products Covered by the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated below, all HEALiX products may be returned within 45 days of delivery, provided they satisfy the return condition requirements described in this policy.

Outlet Products

Outlet, open-box, refurbished, and clearance items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

These returns are still subject to the same condition requirements outlined in this policy.

Comfort Inserts

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, Comfort Inserts may only be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are unopened and unused.

Opened or used Comfort Inserts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Comfort Inserts are excluded from the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Stash Backpacks

Stash Backpacks may be returned within 15 days of delivery and must be received in like-new condition, consistent with the return condition requirements below.

Stash Backpacks are not included in the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be received in like-new condition.

Products must be clean and free of excessive wear, damage, stains, odors, human hair, pet hair, missing parts, alterations, or signs of misuse. All original accessories, components, manuals, and other included materials must be returned with the product.

Items that do not meet these standards may be subject to a partial refund, additional processing fees, or denial of a full refund based on the condition in which they are received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

For convenience, HEALiX may provide a prepaid return shipping label at discounted carrier rates, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund.

Customers may also arrange their own return shipping, as long as the package includes tracking information and is packed with protection comparable to the original packaging.

Returns sent using a HEALiX-provided label include carrier insurance coverage. Customers who use their own shipping method are responsible for securing any insurance they may want.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team through the support chat as soon as possible.

Once the issue has been verified, HEALiX will cover the cost of return shipping and work to resolve the matter through a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, though timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

For Lumara

Returns and Replacements
Lumara offers a 30-day return window for any order you're not completely satisfied with. If you'd like to try a different product, we're happy to assist with exchanges and provide applicable discounts.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll promptly evaluate the situation and work to make it right.

For Saksby

Return Policy

SAKSBY.COM accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on most products. Please note that the following items are final sale and non-refundable: Saunas, Hot Tubs, Float Pods, Food Products, Electric Bikes, Grill Islands, Garage Doors, Massage Chairs, and Custom-Made Items. These exclusions are in place to uphold product safety, hygiene standards, and quality control.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all required information must be submitted within the 30-day window from your purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after this period. Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned with a valid tracking number
  • Unused, undamaged, and unassembled
  • Inclusive of all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approval Process
All returns must receive written approval before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at our warehouses and returned to the sender. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RECO accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please contact us via email or direct message.


For FIRECOLDPLUNGE

Return Eligibility
Their return policy applies to both cold plunges and saunas. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items once an order has been fulfilled. This fee covers the processing, inspection, testing, and recertification of returned products.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return — Contact our Customer Support Team to initiate a return. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  2. Package the Item — Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Ship the Return — Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team, and include the RA number on the outside of the package for identification.
  4. Inspection and Refund — Once received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets return eligibility requirements. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt for the refund to be processed.
  5. Refund Notification — You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a return or refund.

For FUJIIRYOKI

Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Fujiiryoki. To obtain authorization, please contact us and speak with a return specialist.

Return Conditions
Fujiiryoki will authorize returns that meet the following requirements:

  1. The return must be requested within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  2. All items must be returned in new and working condition.
  3. Parts must be returned in the original shipping package with all original packing materials. The packing slip and unused parts credit form must be included. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items returned without original packaging or not in like-new condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Additional Return Information

  • Fujiiryoki exclusively works with approved delivery partners. Returns shipped through unauthorized carriers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • The customer is responsible for moving the product to the threshold or door for pickup.
  • Fujiiryoki will coordinate directly with the freight carrier to schedule a pickup from the customer's location.
  • Once the unit is received, Fujiiryoki will issue a refund for the original order total minus return shipping charges.
  • Customers are encouraged to retain all original packing materials for at least 30 days following delivery in the event a return is needed.
  • Return pickups are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For Macy-Pan

Return Policy: "Macy-Pan does not have a formal return policy. In the rare event that an end customer requests a return, we generally recommend reselling the unit locally to minimize shipping and handling costs."

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
